Return and Refund Policy & Special orders

  • Due to the special orders of wedding gowns, all orders require a $500 deposit at the time of placement
  • All sales are final and cannot be returned for in-store credit or otherwise
  • Discounted or 'Off the Rack' items are sold on an 'As-Is' basis
  • We are not responsible for any damages done by outside alterations
  • Once your gown has been received for special order, it will need to be picked up within 30 days or there will be a $50 storage fee charged
